BY COURT: RULING
1. The objection raised is essentially about an irregularity in the issue and endorsement on the writ of Summons. This defect being the failure to endorse a T.I.N number. And Act 915, Revenue Administration Act has been cited. The response to it, or the construction put on the law by counsel for plaintiff/respondent is inaccurate.
2. I am of the view that by analogous reasoning, the interpretation put on violations of statutes that make provision for endorsement of solicitors’ license and chamber registration numbers by the Supreme Court is applicable to this case.
In effect it is my opinion that the following cases are relevant.
