<p>BITRUS GYARAZAMA SANGA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): By an Amended Information with proof of evidence filed on 12th December, 2008, the Appellant, together with four others, to wit; APOSTLE GONEE, LENEE OKERE, KINDOM OKERE and GOODLUCK OKERE and others now at large were charged before the High Court of Rivers State, Bori Judicial Division, M. O.
