This case was commenced with the issuance of a writ of summons and statement of claim by the Plaintiffs on the 23rd of August, 2016 with the following reliefs endorsed therein per an amended writ filed on 19th February, 2018.
i. A declaration that the property described as House No. 2D/8 Accra Road Takoradi is the bonafide property of the late Dora Quaye.
ii. A declaration that the property described as Eseefo Close/Farrar Avenue Adabraka is the bona fide property of the late Dora Quaye
iii. A declaration that the Plaintiffs have life interest in both properties described in (i) and (ii) above and so the Defendants cannot lawfully deal with the said properties without the knowledge and consent of the plaintiffs.
iv. An order setting aside the order of the court dated 28th July, 2016 which authorized the Defendants to distribute and vest the properties of the late Dora Quaye including the properties described above as having been obtained by fraud and surreptitiousness. …
