JUDGMENT
This suit commenced with the issuance of a writ of summons and statement of claim by the Plaintiff on the 8th of May, 2018.
The reliefs endorsed on the writ are;
1. A declaration that any Judgment or order procured against the Property without notice to the Plaintiff cannot validly operate or disentitle and/or dispossess the Plaintiff of her Property.
2. A declaration that any adverse claim to the Property is barred by statute and/or estopped by laches and acquiescence.
3. Declaration of title to all that “land situated at NEW ASHONGMAN RESIDENTIAL LAYOUT in Accra commonly known as Plot No. 33 and 35 and is bounded on the North East by Proposed Road measuring 110 feet and 55 feet respectively more or less on the East by Proposed Road measuring 80 feet more or less on the South West by Plot Nos 36 and 34 and measuring 170 feet more or less and on the North West by Plot No. 37 measuring 100 feet more or less and covering an approximate area of 0.37 acre which said plot of…
