JUDGMENT

On 22nd October 2021, the Plaintiff (Samuel Mensah) approached the civil altar of this Court seeking the following reliefs against the Defendants:

(a) Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Gomoa Buduburam in the Gomoa East District in the Central Region of Ghana the boundaries whereof commencing from Survey pillar No. SGC A195/08/2A for a distance of 17341.33' feet on a bearing 257°3'18'' which bearing together with all further bearings mentioned is referred to the Meridian 1°Longitude to pillar marked SGC J722/20/2 thence on a bearing of 353°46'41' for a distance of 42.63' feet to pillar marked SGC J722/20/3 thence on a bearing of 356°25'50 for a distance of 22.07' feet to pillar marked SGC J722/20/4 thence on a bearing of 026°19'16'' for a distance of 79.93' feet to pillar marked SGC J722/20/5 thence on a bearing of 117°53'55'' for a distance of 86.12' feet to pillar marked SGC J722/20/6 thence on a bearing of 143°56'00' for a di…
