IGNATIUS IGWE AGUBE, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): This is an Application brought by way of Motion on Notice pursuant to Sections 15 and 24(4) of the Court of Appeal Act, 2004; Order 7 Rules 1 and 10 and Order 8 Rule 6 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2011 and under the inherent jurisdiction of this Honourable Court.
