Adegbehingbe of Ondo Judicial Division of Ondo State High Court, delivered on 9/6/2015 granting the claims of the Plaintiff (hereinafter called the Respondent) in the main. The Respondent as the Plaintiff at the trial Court brought the action that culminated in this appeal via a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim dated and filed 18/12/2013.
