<p><strong><span style="background-color: transparent">CHIDI NWAOMA UWA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment)</span></strong><span style="background-color: transparent">: The appeal is against the judgment of the Adamawa State High Court delivered on the 27th day of October, 2021 (hereafter referred to as the trial Court) in which Nathan Musa, Acting C.J (as he then was) discharged the Respondent of the twelve (12) count charge of the offences of Criminal Breach of Trust, falsification of account and criminal misappropriation contrary to Sections 312, 309 and 319 of the Penal Code Laws of Adamawa State, 1997 respectively. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">The Appellant who was dissatisfied with the judgment of the trial Court appealed against the discharge of the Respondent. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">The background facts are that the Respondent was the Branch Manager of the Standard Micro Finance Bank Mubi Branch from October, 2015 to August, 2017.
