Judgement

HABEEB ADEWALE OLUMUYIWA ABIRU, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the High Court of Bauchi State delivered by Honorable Justice A. M. Liman in Charge No BA/179/2014 on the 7th of September, 2015. The second to the fourth Respondents were charged with conspiracy to commit the offence of robbery and for robbing one Idris Wakili of Jahun Ward in Bauchi Local Government, Bauchi, while armed with dangerous instrument to wit a knife, of his Keke Napep tricycle, a three sim handset and the sum of N1,500.00 after stabbing him with the knife, contrary to Sections 97 and 298 (b) of the Penal Code Law. The first Respondent was charged with instigating the second to the fourth Respondents to commit the said robbery contrary to Section 85 of the Penal Code Law.
