<p class="ql-align-center"><strong><span style="background-color: transparent">J U D G M E N T </span></strong></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><strong><span style="background-color: transparent">Introduction </span></strong></p><p class="ql-align-justify"> <span style="background-color: transparent">This suit is in respect of a parcel of land situate in a locality which is popularly referred  to as “East Legon”. While the plaintiffs claim that the land in dispute is situate at New  Nungua or Nungua New Town, the defendant asserts that the land in dispute is situate  at Tesa.  </span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><strong><span style="background-color: transparent">Plaintiffs’ Case </span></strong></p><p class="ql-align-justify"> <span style="background-color: transparent">The plaintiffs’ claims in this court against the defendant are for the following reliefs  endorsed on the Writ of Summons: </span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><em><span style="background-color: transparent">i.
