Judgement

WHEREAS:

1. The Petitioner in Suit No. BDMC 118/2013 instituted an action against the Respondent in the High Court, Accra on the 24th day of December, 2012.

2. The Petitioner’s claim were for the following reliefs:

a) Dissolution of the marriage between the parties. b) An order to the surrender of all copies of the video CD made by her of the exorcism which was done in his house in his absence.

The Respondent on the 15th day of January 2013 filed a Notice of Entry of Appearance and on the 22nd day of January 2013, filed an Answer and Counterclaimed for the following reliefs:

a). An Order that the marriage celebrated between the parties to this suit on the 30th day of December, 2006 at the church of Pentecost Chapel Mile 7 be dissolved after the birth and naming of the unborn child since since same has broken down beyond reconciliation.

b). An Order that custody of the infant child by name Jolene Akoto Asamoah now aged 4 years and the unborn child be granted to the Respondent with reasonable…
