JUDGMENT
OWUSU, J.
By an amended Writ of Summons issued out at the registry of this court the Plaintiffs are claiming the following reliefs:
1. Refund of all salaries in arrears from 13th January 2014 at the rate of GH₵700.00 per month to both 1st and 2nd Plaintiffs as detailed below:
a. Unpaid salaries to 1st Plaintiff amounting to GH₵16,800 as at December 2015.
b. Unpaid salaries to 2nd Plaintiff amounting to GH₵16,800 as at December 2015.
2. Interest on the above sums at the prevailing Ghana Commercial Bank Rate per annum from 13th January 2014 to the date of final payment.
3. Damages for malicious publications against the 1st and 2nd Plaintiffs.
4. Damages for emotional stress caused to the 1st and 2nd Plaintiffs.
5. Costs.
