JUDGMENT

ADJEI, J.

The Applicants filed an application to set aside customary award made under Section 112 of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010. On 29th March, 2012, a judgment was delivered in the arbitration of the Ada Mankralo Stool Affairs in which it was held, inter alia, that the State of Mankralo of Ada belongs to two families. The two families which own the Mankralo Stool were the descendants of Numo Dah and Aggudey Kuntu. It was further held that the system of inheritance for the Mankralo Stool was patrilineal only and that descendants of Numo Dah of Da gate and Aggudey Kuntu of Ablaokonu gate are the only people eligible to occupy it.

The award published by the arbitrators in the customary arbitration on 29th March, 2012 is as follows:
