ADDO, J.

The Applicant is in this Court praying that the Respondents be committed to prison for contempt of Court. The application was originally against four Respondents, namely: Sannie (alias General a.k.a. Mohammed Harry), Chief Adamu (alias Jordan a.k.a. Ahmed Iddris Jordan), Mohammed (alias Sabato a.k.a. Mohammed Aninyie Salim) and Iddrisu (a.k.a. Mohammed Iddris).

The application was filed on 29th March, 2018. Subsequently the Applicant, by leave of the Court filed a supplementary affidavit in support of his application on 7th May, 2018.

On 7th June, 2018, the Applicant filed a notice of discontinuance of the action against the 1st Respondent, which meant that the action remained against the original 2nd Respondent (Chief Adamu) the 3rd Respondent (Mohammed) and 4th Respondent (Iddrisu) as the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Respondents respectively
