BACKGROUND
This application has been filed on 25/07/2018. It is an application for judicial review, in the nature of certiorari to quash the ruling of the Judicial Committee Ada Traditional Council, delivered on 3/07/2018. The supporting affidavit has been deposed to by 1st Applicant herein and on behalf of the 2nd Applicant.
