BACKGROUND AND INTRODUCTION
Per an originating notice of motion for judicial review filed on the 16th day of October 2020, the Applicant, the Guardian Ad Litem of Justice Charles Quist, a former High Court Judge of the Republic of Ghana prayed this Court for the following reliefs:
1. An Order of Certiorari to bring up and quash the Removal Letter of Justice Charles Quist dated 28th April 2020 by the President directed at Justice Charles Quist through the office of the 1st Respondent.
2. A Declaration that the committee set up by the 1st Respondent to investigate the conduct of Justice Charles Quist, had no mandate to recommend, removal from the bench, to H. E. The President of the Republic as same was contrary to the conditions of service.
3. An Order of Prohibition, restraining the Respondents, their privies and assigns from continuing any investigations relating to the Applicant, emanating from the investigative report by tigereyepi in respect of allegations of bribery ag…
