JUDGMENT
ABODAKPI, J.
This application has been filed on 07/11/2019, with an affidavit in support with ten (10) annexures. On 26/11/2019, a supplementary affidavit was filed in support with annexures. Then on the 9/01/2020, a further supplementary affidavit was filed in support with other annexures. And pursuant to leave granted to Applicant additional supplementary affidavit was filed on the 12/02/2020. The supplementary and further supplementary filed by Applicant were accepted as regularly files by an order of this Court, made in that regard.
On the other hand, Respondent filed an affidavit in opposition: the deponent is Abdul Hamid Yazid, who described himself as a Construction Engineer and a representative of 1st Respondent/company/Kass Plus Company Limited. There are Exhibits annexed to the affidavit.
