<h2 class="ql-align-center">JUDGMENT </h2><p><strong>ABODAKPI, J.</strong></p><p>This application has been filed on 07/11/2019, with an affidavit in support with ten (10) annexures. On 26/11/2019, a supplementary affidavit was filed in support with annexures. Then on the 9/01/2020, a further supplementary affidavit was filed in support with other annexures. And pursuant to leave granted to Applicant additional supplementary affidavit was filed on the 12/02/2020. The supplementary and further supplementary filed by Applicant were accepted as regularly files by an order of this Court, made in that regard. </p><p>On the other hand, Respondent filed an affidavit in opposition: the deponent is Abdul Hamid Yazid, who described himself as a Construction Engineer and a representative of 1st Respondent/company/Kass Plus Company Limited.
