JUDGMENT

ADJEI, J.

The Applicants who were former students of Holy Family Nursing and Midwifery Training College at Brekum in the Brong Ahafo who were among the students whose Licensing Examination conducted from 25th to 28th August, 2014 were cancelled by the Respondent have come to this court to pray for an order of certiorari to quash the letter dated 23rd December, 2014 which contained the information cancelling their said results.

The facts of the Applicants’ case were that they gained an admission in 2011 into Holy Family Nursing and Midwifery College Brekum to undertake a three year Registered General Nursing (RGN) leading to the award of Diploma in Nursing. According to the applicants they wrote their final licensing examination leading to the award of Diploma in Nursing from 25th August, 2014.
