The Applicant in this case on 7th November, 2018, mounted this action against the Respondent for an Order of this Court to commit the Respondent to prison for contempt of court.
THE CASE OF THE APPLICANT
The gravamen of the application is contained in paragraphs 3 to 11 of the affidavit in support of the application, a summation of which is as follows:
According to the Applicant, this Court presided over by Justice Stephen Ocran entered judgment against the Respondent. Exhibit ‘A’, is the said judgment. That the Respondent dissatisfied with the judgment, appealed against same. The appeal was dismissed, per Exhibit ‘B’.
It is the case of the Applicant also that upon the service of entry of judgment on the
Respondent, he, the Applicant took steps to execute the judgment by applying for a Writ of Possession and Demolition as per Exhibit ‘C’.
