JUDGMENT
1. BACKGROUND
On 11-04-2019, this application was filed on behalf of the five Applicants. They were former workers/officers of the Judicial Service, the 1st Respondent herein [herein called 1st Respondent]. The Applicants have indorsed the following reliefs:
1. An order of certiorari to bring up and quash the dismissal letters of 3rd January, 2019 directed at the Applicants by the 1st Respondent.
2. A declaration that the Committee set up by the 1st Respondent to investigate the conduct of the Applicants, had no mandate to sit in the light of the
Applicants’ condition of service and it is therefore illegal.
3. An order of prohibition, restraining the Respondents, their privies and assigns from continuing any investigations relating to the Applicants, emanating from the Report by Supervising High Court, Judge in respect of Letters of Administration
