(Delivering the Leading Judgment): The Appellants as Claimants filed suit No. YHC/115/2005 in a representative capacity against the 1st 6th Respondents as Defendants also in a representative capacity and the 7th Respondent as 2nd set of Defendants before the High Court of Bayelsa State Yenagoa Judicial Division I.
