J U D G M E N T 

Titilope Aderonke Ademola (hereinafter referred to as the Petitioner) and Oladapo Mudasiru (hereinafter referred to as the Respondent) were married on the 24th day of January, 2014 under the Marriage Ordinance (Cap 127) (1951  Rev.), at No. 9 Cedar Court, Augustina Neto Road, Airport Residential Area,  Accra. 

The parties cohabited at East Legon for eight months prior to relocating to the house of the Petitioner’s mother at Regimanuel Gray Estate, Golden Gate,  Accra.

The Petitioner filed the petition on the 28th day of January, 2016 on the grounds that the parties have not been able to reconcile their differences. 

It is worthy of note that the Respondent who was duly served with the petition and subsequent processes out of the jurisdiction, neglected to file  appearance and neither did he respond to any of the processes filed. He never  appeared in Court.
