(Delivering the Leading Judgment): </span></strong><span style="background-color: transparent">This appeal is against the 09/5/2019 interlocutory ruling of the High Court of Kano State of 09/5/2017 as rendered by Dije Aboki, J. in Suit No: K/543/2016 entering partial summary judgment for respondent against appellant.
