STEPHEN JONAH ADAH, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the ruling of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja In Suit NO: FCT/HC/CV/3044/2018, delivered on 17th January 2020 by Bello Kawu, J.

The decision refusing the application to join the appellant to this suit and substitute the name of the appellant for that of the 5th Respondent in the judgment in Suit NO. FCT/HC/CV/3044/2018.
