<p>CLARA BATA OGUNBIYI, J.C.A (Delivering the leading : ): The appellant in this appeal was the Defendant of the court below while the Respondent was the plaintiff wherein he took out a writ of summons against the former on the general cause list and claiming the following reliefs per paragraph 21 of the statement of claim of Pages 7 and 8 of the record of appeal.</p><p> &quot;21.
