UNION BANK OF NIGERIA PLC V. ANSELEM ONAH

ABDUL-AZEEZ WAZIRI, JCA (Delivering the Lead Ruling): This is an application by the appellant/applicant brought by Motion on Notice filed on 13th day of June 2025. The instant application is brought pursuant to Sections 15 and 24(4) of the Court of Appeal Act, Orders 4 Rules 1 and 7 Rules 4 & 8 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2021. By the said application, the applicant prays for the following:
