ABDULLAHI JCA (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The three applicants,through a motion on notice dated 19 February, 2007 and filed on 20 February 2007, approached this court for the following reliefs: “1. An order staying the execution of the judgment delivered by Chukwura Nnamani of the Federal High Court, Ilorin, on 17 February 2007, pending the determination of their appeal. 2. And for such further or other orders as this honourable court may deem fit to make in the circumstances.”
