JOHN INYANG OKORO, J.S.C. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the Court of Appeal, holden at Abuja in Appeal No. CA/ABJ/CV/1217/2024 delivered on 17th January, 2025 against the judgment of the Federal High Court in Suit No: FHC/ABJ/CS/1271/2024 commenced by the 1st Respondent at the trial Court wherein the suit at the trial Court was struck out for want of jurisdiction.
A summary of the facts leading to this appeal, as deducible from the record of appeal are that preparatory to the conduct of the gubernatorial elections in Ondo State which held on 16th November, 2024, the 2nd Respondent issued a “Notice of Refresher Training for upload of Political Party Agents for Ondo State Governorship Election" to the National Chairman of all the political parties in the contest except the 1st Respondent.
