<p class="ql-align-center"><strong><span style="background-color: transparent">JUDGMENT</span></strong></p><p><strong>BEMPONG (MRS), J.</strong></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">The petitioner herein petitioned this Court for; </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">1. Dissolution of the marriage existing between the parties. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">2. That the petitioner be given a half share of the matrimonial home which the parties  acquired jointly at Kasoa. </span></p><p> <span style="background-color: transparent">3. That the respondent maintain the petitioner during the pendency of the suit. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">4. That the respondent shall settle the petitioner with an amount of fifty thousand  Ghana cedis. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">5. Costs.  </span></p><p> <span style="background-color: transparent">It is the case of the petitioner that the parties got married in the May 1992 and cohabited at various places at the initial stages of the marriage until they moved to their matrimonial home at Kasoa. Petitioner says that after a series of unreasonable behavior on the part of the respondent, the petitioner moved out of the matrimonial home and filed for divorce. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">The respondent filed an answer and cross petitioned for their marriage to be sustained and  said that the petitioner was not entitled to any of her claims. </span></p><p> <span style="background-color: transparent">In view of the parties’ agreement to…</span></p>
