JUDGMENT

AMALEBOBA, J.

By their amended Writ of Summons and Statement of claim, the Plaintiffs suing per their Lawful Attorney, claimed the following reliefs against  Defendants;

a. GHC 100,000 Ghana Cedis being the amount paid to 1st Defendant as the purchase price of the four plots of land for onward transmission to 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Defendants. 

b. GHC 18,000 being the money spent to build and repair the fence wall.

c. GHC 1,200 spent on land guards to watch the land  

d. General damages  

e. Costs. 

The case of Plaintiffs is that, their Attorney who is also their biological mother, sought to acquire land and to construct buildings for their benefit, so as to  encourage them to settle in Ghana. Upon representations by the 1st Defendant to the Attorney, that the Osu Stool which had granted her, (1st defendant) land at Dzorwulu, owned Dzorwulu and South Legon lands, and could grant her same through 2nd Defendant, the Attorney paid to the 1st Defendant, a sum of One Hundred Thousand Cedi…
