J U D G M E N T
This action was commenced on the 20th of June 2013. By an amended writ of summons dated the 17th of June 2014 the plaintiff herein instituted this action against the defendants jointly and severally seeking the following reliefs:
a) Recovery of the amount of Eight Hundred and Forty-Three Thousand, Seven Hundred and Four Ghana cedis, Sixty-Two pesewas (GHS843, 704.62) being an outstanding indebtedness owed to plaintiff.
OR in the alternative
(i) Judicial sale of all properties both moveable and immoveable, tangible and intangible identified as belonging to the 2nd and 3rd defendants by virtue of the personal counter indemnity executed in favour of the plaintiff.
(b) Interest on Eight Hundred and Forty-Three Thousand, Seven Hundred and Four Ghana cedis, Sixty-Two pesewas (GHS843, 704.62) at the prevailing bank rate from date of action until payment of debt owing.
