KUDIRAT MOTONMORI OLATOKUNBO KEKERE-EKUN, J.S.C.(Delivering the Lead Ruling): This is a motion on notice dated 7/11/2013 but filed on 8/11/2013 pursuant to Section 36 (1) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as amended), Sections 22 and 29 (b) of the Supreme Court Act, Cap S15, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004, Order 2 Rule 12 (1) and (2) of the Supreme Court Rules (as amended in 1999) and under the inherent jurisdiction of this Honourable Court. It is filed on behalf of the 1st respondent/applicant and seeks the following reliefs:
