RULING
The Plaintiff who is a French national was at all material times to this action the General Manager of 1st Defendant at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Kumasi. He was engaged by the 1st Defendant sometime in August, 2011 for an indefinite period, determinable by either party giving notice of termination. In the course of the performance of his duties he incurred the displeasure of his superiors and sometime on 30th November, 2012 he was invited by the 1st Defendant to Accra to present the budget for the Hotels at the Head Office in Accra. Minutes before the presentation the Managing Director of Golden Tulip West Africa called the Plaintiff to the parking lot and handed to Plaintiff a letter of termination of his appointment dated 30th November, 2012.
According to the Plaintiff he was immediately told not to go to his office as same was locked and also denied access to his office. Guards were also placed in front of his apartment where his 3 children, aged 1, 3 and 9 years and wife live…
