A declaration that the plaintiff is the title owner of that parcel of land covering an expanse of land of 6,149 square metres situate at Mamiso road, Mubi GRA covered by a statutory certificate of occupancy No. GS/5705. Aperpetual injunction restraining the 2nd and 3rd defendants, by themselves, their servants, agents, privies and all persons acting through them whosoever from doing any act to the effect of tampering with the plaintiff’s title and ownership over the aforesaid parcel of land covered by certificate of occupancy No. GS/5705.
