<p class="ql-align-justify"><strong>ABDULLAHI MAHMUD BAYERO,J.C.A.(Delivering the Leading Judgment):</strong>This is an Appeal against the judgment of Adamawa State High Court delivered by A. A. Waziri J. On 6th February, 2019 in Suit No. ADSY/136/17.
