AN ACT to provide for fees and charges levied by Ministries, Departments and Agencies and related matters.

Determination of Fees and Charges

1. Authority to determine fees and charges

(1)The authority conferred under
(a)an enactment set out in the second column of the First Schedule; or
(b)any other enactment, to determine fees and charges is transferred to the Minister and accordingly, those enactments are amended.
(2)Subsection (1) does not apply to a fee or charge that is
(a)determined and fixed by a partnership in accordance with the Public Private Partnership Act, 2020 (Act 1039); and
(b)fixed pursuant to the Whistleblower Act, 2006 (Act 720).
