Public Security (Meru) Regulations, 1967

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Security (Meru) Regulations.2. Without prejudice to their present application, the North-Eastern Province and Contiguous Districts Regulations, 1966 shall apply to the area described in the Schedule to these Regulations as though—
(a)there were substituted for the definition of "prescribed area" a new definition as follows—
"prescribed area" means the area described in the Schedule to the Public Security (Meru) Regulations 1967;
(b)\Part III thereof were deleted.
