1. This Order may be cited as the Privileges and Immunities (Regional Centre for Services in Surveying and Mapping) Order.2. In this Order—"Centre" means the Regional Centre for Services in Surveying and Mapping established by an Agreement made at Nairobi between the governments of certain sovereign states in eastern and central Africa, including the Government of Kenya, which came into force on 18th April, 1975."senior officer of the Centre" means any officer of the Centre holding the post of deputy assistant head of a technical department or any post above the post of deputy assistant head of a technical department.3.
