1. This Order may be cited as the Privileges and Immunities (The Desert Locust Control Organimtion for Eastern Africa) Order.2. The Desert Locust Control Organization for Eastern Africa, hereinafter in this Order referred to as "the Organization", being an organization of which the Government of Kenya and other foreign governments are members, is hereby declared to be an organization to which section 9 of the Act shall apply.3. The Organization shall have—
(a)the legal capacities of a body corporate; and
(b)the privileges and immunities specified in paragraph 1, 2 and 4 of Part I of the Fourth Schedule to the Act.
