1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Persons with Disabilities (National Development Fund for Persons with Disabilities) (Conduct of Business and Affairs of the Board of Trustees) Regulations.

2. Interpretation

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—"Act" means the Persons with Disabilities Act (Cap. 133);"Board" means the Board of Trustees of the Fund;

3. Appointment of members and tenure of office

(1)The Cabinet Secretary shall by notice in the Gazette notify the appointment of members of the Board.
(2)Subject to the Act, no person who is a member of the Council may be appointed to the Board.
