1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Finance Management (National Roads Toll Fund) Regulations, 2021.

2. Interpretation

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—"Act" means the Public Finance Management Act (Cap. 412A);"authorized toll collector" means a toll collector appointed as such under section 4 of the Public Roads Toll Act (Cap. 407);"budget framework" means the national government budget process under the Act;"business day" means a working day and excludes weekends and public holidays;"Cabinet Secretary" means the Cabinet Secretary responsible for finance;"carrying capacity of the Fund" means the abil…
