1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas Order.2. The areas, places or premises described in the Schedule are declared to be protected areas for purposes of the Act and no person shall be in the specified areas without permission of the prescribedU authority or the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Co-ordination of National Government.3. For the purposes of this Order, the prescribed authority shall be the Commander of the Kenya Army, Commander of the Kenya Airforce, Commander of the Kenya Navy or the Cabinet Secretary for Defence.
