JUDGMENT

The Plaintiff in this suit, is a former employee of the 1st Defendant. By a writ of summons filed on the 3rd day of November, 2004, Plaintiff seeks the following reliefs from this Court.

a) Payment of his entitlements commensurate to that of a managerial position within the 1stDefendant’s organization

b)

c) Payment of all amounts outstanding, being the difference between what the Defendants have paid the Plaintiff and what the Plaintiff is actually entitled to as a retired officer with a managerial position.

Plaintiff’s case is that, he is a retired employee of the 1st Defendant organization which is the body responsible for the control and regulation of aviation activities in the Republic of Ghana, and formerly known as the Department of Civil Aviation. The Second Defendant is the Director General of the 1st Defendant organization.
